And even Restore under windows will not fix it. If closed and opened, the chartbook will continue to display some but not all charts. And each time I close and open the chartbook - different combination of charts go "Hidden" when checked under CW. Please help. |

These charts are they listed under the CW menu? Are these hidden charts detached? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Yes; they are listed. Yes; they are detached. And once they go hidden; I cannot bring them back at all even by clicking them under CW. Pls, thanks. |

Therefore, they must be offscreen. The only solution we know of is for you to right-click on the Windows taskbar and select Cascade Windows. But then they all get messed up in a cascaded way. And then I will have to re position so many charts all over again each time this happens. ???? |

If they become visible, when you do that, then the problem is they went offscreen for reasons which we have no control over. So if this is the case, at this point we are declining further support. You will have to seek help elsewhere about this problem you are experiencing with your system. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. So, on this one - The detached charts do not become visible when I use windows cascade. I just tried to check it and it just stays disappeared in all windows options - cascade, tiled, etc. Also, when a detached window is again made to attach - that toggle does not bring it back to the application window. I update every build and almost the same time. Looks like - in the recent build - the detach window functionality has gotten messed up. See please if you can continue looking into it since you withdrew support assuming cascade was working right - but it does not. Will appreciate help. |

You may have a problem with too many detached charts. With the Windows operating system, it can only handle so many. And we do not know how many. But you might have a problem with more than 10 detached charts. Also, when a detached window is again made to attach - that toggle does not bring it back to the application window.
