SIERRA, I have customized control bar #4to trading commands. Those commands are BUY bid/ask, BUY MARKET, SELL bid/ask, SELL MARKET, FLATTEN, REVERSE. When I try to use them to actually enter or exit a trade, I get error messages. I have sent the log for analysis. Why won't these work? Thanks Kevin

Go to the chart or Trading DOM associated with that Control Bar and enable 'Trade >> Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Enabled'

Sierra, Sorry for adding to the confusion. I checked that immediately after I received the error log . It is enabled, and that's why I don't understand why the control board only works sometimes. After I posted I tried using the sell ask button, and it placed an order. Then wouldn't work again when I tried to exit using the flatten button.

'Trade >> Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Enabled' is specific to each individual chart and Trading DOM. You need to enable it for that particular one the Control Bar is associated with. If the control bar is not part of the main Sierra Chart window, then that Control Bar is only associated with one specific chart or Trading DOM.
