Realtime orderbook data is not being downloaded any more. Restarted the client, even downloaded latest version. It's just frozen.

Tried reinstalling sierrachart in another folder, fresh setup, same problem.

The problem that occurred with market depth data not being transmitted, was the result of a programming oversight in the new code to combine levels.

Now that it is corrected, it simply cannot happen again.
