Hello, I just signed up for the Standard service and this platform just blows my mind!!!! I'm coming from Ninjatrader, after years of struggling and dealing with memory leaks and such.... Anyway. Few questions: - when I scroll the chart horizontally, when the scroll bar is all the way at the right side, the chart and the bars suddenly goes flat, the screen only shows a flat line - so you have to be very specific, where to stop scrolling and this is a bit annoying - is there a fix or setting for this? - how can I disable all the horizontal informations at the top of the chart? (time, close, open ,change, etc) - how to save a chart as default (after I customized the bars, colors, etc)? - i'm using a VPS (windows 2012 server, 8GB Ram, 500GB SSD), is it enough for chart trading with no indicators used? I saw the recommended setup calls for 16GB, but without any third party inidicators and no indicators at all, do you think I can dance away with 8GB RAM? Best regards, Zolie |

Refer to: Using Chart Templates 8 GB of memory is plenty. 16 GB is just simply recommended in general for a system running more than just Sierra Chart in order that there is sufficient memory for Sierra Chart and other programs. Hello, Sent the requested chart screen image above! In addition to the collapse of the bars problem, i tried and installed the platform on my laptop - i don't have any issues!!! this problem only occurs on my VPS or like you said, i changed something in the platform settings that causes the issue. VPS has windows server 2012, my laptop has windows 10 pro - if that helps? thank you, Zolie |
