disappearing trade

Hi, i have a problem with disappearing entering to the trade. When I open position in SC, sometimes disappear enter to the trade. PT and SL stay visible. Problem is, when I will cancel my possition with "Flatten" button. After pressing flatten button I cancel SL and PT command, but I am still in the possition, because SC don't send command to my broker to cancel all my possition. SC means that i do not have any opened possition. After that I have to cancel my possition by my brokers application. Recently this bug cost me about 250 usd. Can you tell me solution of this problem? Thank you.

This is something that Interactive Brokers needs to solve but they fail to recognize they have a problem with this. It is a very sad ongoing situation and they should be absolutely totally and completely ashamed about this.
