Re-activating CME Live Data Feed - error

Hi guys,

I am trying to re-activate CME live feed, but get following errors:

"
Error Activating 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' on account #1 on the Barchart system.
Failed to activate the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange.
"

Re-activation for Eurex worked well. Could you please check?

Hi Guys,

I have problem with re-activating data feed again, this time error is a bit different:

CME:

Failed to activate the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange.
Market data feed account does not exist. If you continue getting this error please Contact Support for more help.

EUREX:

Failed to activate the 'Eurex with Market Depth' exchange.
Market data feed account does not exist. If you continue getting this error please Contact Support for more help.
