There is a completely separate server and port number for historical data. This is documented here:
Data and Trading Communications (DTC) Protocol Server: Historical Price Data Server

Ok,

Tried to login in the separate port - I don't get any login response.

This would mean that you did not send the Login message. Are you using JSON encoding?

But I did send JSON request. In the 11099 port I don't have any issues and able to work with. onlyh with the historical data port I can't.

We looked into this and the problem is because you are not sending an Encoding Request message.

But what we are going to do is that if you have set the default encoding to JSON, that will be used by default for the historical data server so you do not have to send that message. This will be out in the new release coming out tomorrow.
