Hi, I have opened a new instance of sierraChart and then opened a new trade DOM. Everything looks good except for the fact that the price ladder is not visible. I have a black background on the trade DOM and notice that even though the original copy of sierraChart has the trade DOM value Text set to white the new instance has it set to black. When I change it to white in the graphics setting of the new instance it still doesn't show up and I suspect it is still being registered as black. How do I correct this? Thanks. |

Refer to the documentation here about this: Customizing Fonts, Colors, Line Styles, and Widths for Chart Trading, Chart DOM, and Trade DOM Make sure you are setting the color on the correct Graphics Settings window because there are two of them. A global one and a Chart/Trade DOM specific one. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Hi, I have read this section and tried the settings in both global and individual chart settings. I can now see the price ladder by changing the global settings in the second copy. Can you please tell me exactly which setting in which section controls the bid and ask depth display on a trade DOM? Although I can see the depth display on the trade DOM in my original copy, I am not seeing the depth display in my second copy and all settings appear to be the same in both copies. Thanks. |

It sounds like you need to add the Bid and Ask Size columns. This is documented here: Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Customizing Trade DOM and Chart DOM Columns Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
