Using CTS directly through Amp, I am still getting two different connection errors resulting in sporadic disconnections, the errors are below:

3. The symbol format error, is from the old previous feed (Rithmic), not using any charts with the old formatting, not sure where it's still being used in SC, cleared everywhere I can find, how do I get rid of it?

It sounds like you have an Internet connectivity problem especially being you are experiencing 2. That really should not be commonly encountered at all. Refer to:
Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem

Regarding the "encryption stream error" encountered, we will see if there is anything we can do on our side related to that.

#1. This the main error causing the disconnect, am on a Verizon FIOS 150Mbps fiber optic connection that is stable and other than this issue seems to experience zero down time ever, never had any connectivity issues in other use or other feeds. Sierrachart has been allowed in the Windows firewall rules and SC and feed connect fine, after some time randomly and rarely disconnects with the two errors above at different sporadic times.

#2. This seems to be on the other side?

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help trouble shoot or resolve from my side.

1. We are currently looking into this to see if it is an issue on our side for TLS connections. It might be. We will let you know if we need anything more.

2. Possibly. But it is not very common.

1. In the next release, there will be additional logging to help us identify this problem further. This will be out in about a day.

At this point we are suspecting it is a problem within Open SSL which we use. Just looking at the problem directly without consideration to external errors or mistakes, that is what it would appear to be.

We have released version 1630. We want you to update to that version:
Software Download: Fast Update

Good chance it may solve the problem. If it does, it does clearly indicate that this is an Open SSL issue that we have to report to them assuming we are properly understanding it.
