Hello, I sent my message log for analysis as the software is no longer connecting to my data provider after upgrading to 1625. Tried 1629, as well. Still not connecting. Please advise. Thank you. |

Hello, I tried to download a prior version (v1549) I knew worked. But I got errors when trying to download. I have sent the installer log for analysis. Thank you. |

I was able to download version 1614. However, this version is also unable to connect to the data. I've submitted the message log for analysis. Please advise. Thank you. |
