Hello SC team, although trading is open in pre-market and many stocks are active, I do not receive data for them from SC data feed. However, I still receive data for some tickers. Please advise. Thanks.

Attached herein. Which data feed does a qoute board use - SC' or data from broker? High/low/open/volume were all wrong for pre-market. Shortly after the markets were open, qoute board updated again suddenly and still RTH HOD/LOD for some symbols on the qoute board are wrong. There are also missing data for certain tickers. E.g. AAPL traded at 4:30 but I have first 5 min bar at 6:50 in my SC chart. Performing "Delete and download data" option won't resolve that. Not really a big deal with those pre-market bars, however, something went wrong today with data and I still can't understand and resolve that.

Yes, seems I found the cause for wrong HOD/LOD on a qoute board. E.g. AMZN intraday HOD 984.44 on 5 min bar at 9:40 and it is correct indeed. But on a daily bar HOD for this ticker is 984.14. Probably daily still were not updated.

I hope so. On an unrelated topic, SC tries to get data for some SPX option symbols that expired 8 months ago (you can see them all in the log file i sent you earlier today), but I certainly do not have cahrts with them. I went thru all chartbooks but didn't find charts with those symbols. There is also nothing in intraday file update list. Any idea where else to look? Thanks.
