Hello, I am currently in a phase when I am switching from NinjaTrader to SierraChart. 1) I need to plot a chart where I can see the actual price movement but also goes at least 1 year (preferably 2) in history and has to be build from tick data. I need it to plot composite profile. I am using Zen-Fire. Is there a way how it can be done? 2) How much of historical tick data will Zen-Fire provide? 3) I tried also to import my historical data from NT but the chart looked weird. Do I need to adjust the txt exportet file from NT somehow to make it work with Sierra. I found the data format between one of the supported formats here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_TextCSVDataFormat.html |

1. Not with the data provided by Zen-Fire. You could use IQ Feed data for this or wait for the upcoming Sierra Chart futures CME data feed which will support this. Refer to these pages: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/MultipleServices.html https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/DTNIQFeed.html 2. None. 3. Post about 30 or so lines of the historical data you have so we can look at it. What is the time zone of that data? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. 1. 45 days 2. Yes 3. This is not a supported format. There needs to be a comma between the date and time.
