Study or Spreadsheet Function to Identify Max Bid and Ask Level Within Numbers Bar

Please see the attached exhibit. Is there a study or spreadsheet function whereby I can have Sierra Chart identify the absolute maximum Bid and Ask within any given bar. I am using the Numbers Bar and would like the maximum bid/ask levels identified within any given numbers bar. As shown in the exhibit, the very last Numbers Bar shows a maximum of 22 Bid and 163 Ask. I would then like to be able to identify the absolute max Bid/Ask numbers within each bar and then create an alarm if one (or both) of those bid/ask max numbers exceeded my desired threshold.
