hi, sudeenly, this morning my sierra started to keep disconnecting.. i have no idea why.. can you tell me what is wrong?

You are getting an OS error from the Rithmic software:
Rithmic Trading | Message from server: Error creating the main object. Error message: os error | 2017-10-16

Could be caused by a firewall on your system. Try disabling that firewall. If you just have the Windows firewall most likely that is not a problem.

And if you still have a problem we need to get the Rithmic log file and we will send it to Rithmic to see what the problem is.

The path to this file is usually: C:\SierraChart\Rim\Rithmic.log.000
