audio alert for filled orders

I recently received an audio alert stating my order has been filled. I have not placed an order in sim live or live mode. I double checked both my closed book and open book in both sim and live modes and they confirm no orders have been placed. What could possibly cause this alert to activate if I haven't placed an order in either mode? Thanks, |
