My contract cannot continue completely

I have several contracts 6A, 6E, 6J which are fine to rollover to continue in current contract. However, the 6B contract miss the part of last quarter (July-Sept) data. I have checked that the 6BU7 was downloaded and can be opened and continue with the past contract. Once it is rollover to the 6BZ7, only July-Sept data was missed. Pls kindly help on it.
