I am trying to connect to the CQG data feed with AMP futures with my package log in and it keeps giving me an error message Normallogoutinitiatedbycounterparty in the log and I am not sure what the issue may be. The CQG data feed I am able to connect with other platforms just not sierra charts. The AMP reps have tried to resolve the issue with me but are not able to discover a solution. Any help would be great thank you. I have submitted the logs for reference |

We know what the problem is. We have solved this. It has to do with the FCM identifier. We want you to update Sierra Chart again to the "prerelease" through Help >> Download Prerelease.
