Relative Volume causes CPU exceptions

Just upgraded to 1619, now i get exceptions and relative volume doesn't work anymore.

This issue is now resolved. You can update Sierra Chart to 1619 again.

The problem is we have been working on the Relative Volume study but did not complete the testing and code review. And we had to get out a new version. But we did not expect a serious issue like this. Still not sure why that was happening.
