Using SC 1618 with Interactive Brokers & "Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed" DETAILS The COMEX MINY Silver contract found through "Find Symbol" is "QI-201712-NYMEX-USD-2500 [M]". Alternatively I can manually open an intraday chart for "QI-201712-NYMEX". The open, high, low, volume & price format differ between the two contracts. COMPLAINT The price display format for "QI-201712-NYMEX-USD-2500 [M]" is wrong. Showing as 169000.0025 instead of expected 16.9000 QUESTION Is "QI-201712-NYMEX-USD-2500 [M]" coming from the Sierra Chart feed & "QI-201712-NYMEX" coming from Interactive Brokers? Thanks, Chris |

We corrected the symbol settings for: QI-201712-NYMEX-USD-2500 Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Is "QI-201712-NYMEX-USD-2500 [M]" coming from the Sierra Chart feed & "QI-201712-NYMEX" coming from Interactive Brokers?
