A customer is getting the old tick increments for the ten year note how does he update his symbol in sierra charts to reflect the new tick increment values based on the exchange? Currently it shows 1/32 just like the bonds. http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/interest-rates/us-treasury/10-year-us-treasury-note_contract_specifications.html |

There was a slight problem with the Price Display Format for CQG. This has been corrected. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings And follow the instructions here to apply them to the chart: Global Symbol Settings: Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts Nothing really has changed with the symbol in regards to its Tick Size. It has always been and still is .5/32. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
