For almost 4 hours now, manually downloading data does not work either. Can you check this please? Not sure if it's happening with other FX pairs too.

Make sure you are using the correct symbol which is USDCAD and follow the instructions (3.14) here to update the Symbol Settings: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails3.html#h3.14 If that is not relevant help topic, refer to the other ones on that page.
