Unable to place order on SC Through TD Ameritrade

Hello, I was trying to trade crude oil futures through TD Ameritrade, but SC keeps showing me the same errors no matter what I do : Order Error - TDA order update. Please enter a valid stock symbol. Internal Order ID: 1876. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: CLX17 | 2017-10-02 11:26:31 * I've tried to type "/CLX7" into Chart Setting> Trade and Current Quote Symbol, but my trade DOM turned blank and still giving me the same error. Please let me know what I could do to solve this problem, thank you so much! Best regards, Jacky |

You cannot receive receive market data for or trade futures through TD Ameritrade.
