Problem with getting real time data

Hi,

I'm trying to get real time data but I'm getting errors. I have a funded account with tos/td ameritrade. I tried logging in to get the discounted exchange fees but get a message stating userid not correct. I tried reentering my info and still does not work. I switch to SC data all services and then I get messages in my chart of symbol is unknown and click for symbol info and exchange not authorized. What am I doing wrong?

Contact TD Ameritrade about your account and have them authorize the "Streamer" for the TD Ameritrade Web API.

Once I'm enabled for streaming, log-in with Td ameritrade at the beginning of the month then logout. Login again using SC data and I should be good to go with receiving SC real-time data?
