Hello Support Staff, I am an educator and I have some charts, chartbooks, and global graphics settings to be shared with my members. Sharing charts and chartbooks are easy, however, I can't seem to find a global config file to share my graphics(background, text color), time, technical tools settings. So it came to a point where I would like to share the entire Sierra folder but don't know which folder or file contains my login credentials so I can leave it out. Any suggestions? I know I have asked lots of questions here, and my account appears to be a free expired one, but I am a paid user with Infinity and I just don't know how to login with Infinity's credentials. |

You need to provide the Sierra3.cfg file to them. It is fine to post questions with this account. Sierra Chart does have the ability to automatically distribute a Sierra3.cfg file to users authorized for a particular group of custom studies. Even if you do not use custom studies, this feature can still be used for this purpose. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
