Teade service log will not open. It's not showing up anywhere.

The exact problem is that I can't enter a trade when I hit buy or sell.

Select Window >> Reset Windows.

We apologize for not being clear. After you reset the windows as explained in post #5 above, then you can open the Trade >> Trade Service Log.

What is the error message there when submitting an order. You can copy that line and paste it here.
