I have a trial account (now time expired) affiliated with a broker and $25 in credit. How do I now switch to open a new or direct account with Sierra excluding broker (and ideally transfer $25 across)? I tried opening a new account from scratch but it did not like me using same email address/name. Plan would be to pay for service pack 5 with Sierra in a direct account (not via broker).

You do not need a new account. Your Sierra Chart account has been set to no longer be affiliated with any broker. Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account: 1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.
