Futures Chart delayed and not updating

Good morning, I requested CME data this morning (free until the end of the month) because I intend to start trading Futures next week. My Futures charts (NQZ17,ESZ17 & RTYZ17) are not updating and when I "delete and download data", it has a 10 minutes delay. I do not have this issue with $SPX or AMZN for example. I did go through this page without success: Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart - My 15sec chart doesn't show anything in "Current Quote Window" - But my 2.00 Range does show me numbers in "Current Quote Window" - SCID files are also "ignored" in my anti-virus program Thank you for your time, |

I use Interactive Brokers and went through this (which seems to work now!): Interactive Brokers Trading Service Quite a journey, but the description was well done. Thank you. I would only want to verify a few things: 1. Basically, connecting it to TWS only proves that I use interactive and pay the "bargain" price for CME data. 2. The Data that I get on my Sierra Charts comes from SierraCharts and not from IB. 3. Basically, the only thing that changes for me is the symbol format. If I'm missing something, please let me know and thank you again for your help |
