Ratio is a relationship between two numbers
The ratio of numbers A and B can be expressed as A:B

Ratio Number appears high in the candle bearish
Ratio Number appears down in the candle bullish

When the value of Ratio is a number between 29.0 and 0.71(The Ratio number is black).
When the value of Ratio number above 30 (The Ratio number is blue).

If possible to compare in addition to the number Ratio also a text message:
Neutral Ratio (A number between 29.0 and 0.71)
Ratio Bounds High (A number above 30)
Ratio Bounds Low (A number between 0.70 and 0.0)

This is a screenshot from Mike Valtos' orderflows.com order flow ratios study for Ninja Trader.

This is available as a commercial custom study via: www.emojitrading.com/bar-ratio with various display options.

The same numeric information has also become available recently within the standard Sierra Chart Numbers Bars Calculated Values study.
