If I want the following setups:

Setup 1
1. DataFeed coming in from SC Exchange Data Service
2. Trading directed to DTC server or TWS/IB

Is there a document that explains how to set this up?

Setup 2
1. DataFeed coming in from IQFeed
2. Trading directed to DTC server or TWS/IB

Setup 3
1. ForeEx data from TWS/IB
2. All the rest coming in from SC Exchange Data/IQFeed
2. Trading directed to DTC server or TWS/IB

Are all these possible?
Can you help with directly links to these?

In the docs I see this: "Also be aware to receive CME data at reduced exchange fees, you must be connected to a live funded trading account."

If I am connected to my own DTC Server for trading, I understand this won't work?

The full setup I am thinking of is something like this:

SC connected to my DTC Server
My DTC Server would trade with IB directly
SC would receive data from SC Exchange Data Feed

With the setup above, would have to pay the full exchange fees?
Meaning even if I connect once a month, because I am using SC with my own DTC server, I would need to pay the exchange fees?

Yes, full exchange fees would have to be paid due to the ridiculous CME rules.

Although we could try to get approval for what you are doing. But then we would have to have complete trust in what you are doing.

Actually, there is a solution to this. Just connect Sierra Chart once a month to the Interactive Brokers account. Refer to:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#ConnectingOnlyOnceAMonthToTradingAccount

That will be the best thing to do.
