I am trying to set up an order for 6 contracts, 12 tick stop, after 6 ticks, take half position off and move stop to minus 6. the remainder contracts I will trail myself. How can I do that?

Is there a way to use the bracket orders I created on the DOM when trading directly on the charts?

If you have saved a Trading Configuration, then this is available in both places. Yes, in the DOM, but if I want to take a trade by right clicking on the chart and have my brackets order on the menu?
