price projection problems

I have successfully entered the parameters I use for fib extensions/price projections and saved them. However when I click on a price point its as if my mouse won't click or draw the extensions. In other words nothing happens when I go and click to draw the price points for the projection. My mouse is completely functional and this only occurs when trying to apply to the extensions/projections. The fib projections are the only tool I use to trade. So close yet so far!!
