Can you please tell me if this is how I need to configure my data from Sierra: I want to trade CL,GC,ES,Mini Dax. So I need the following: 10 Real-Time Symbols = 25 USD/month. Full CME Group no market depth = 3.25 USD/month Eurex no market depth = 15.75 USD/month All in = 44 USD/month If I pay for 10 real time symbols, where do I specify the instruments I want access to since Ill be paying for the full CME group? Yes this is correct. You can use any 10 symbols. You just use what you want within Sierra Chart.

Will I still be able to use tick and volume bars if I select the 'no market depth' option?

Dorman are telling me that I cannot use your real time data to submit orders through them and that I must continue to use CQG. Is this true? Have you got users currently setup with your data executing through Dorman?

Actually we made a mistake. Somehow we thought you are interested in using CTS through Dorman. Did you still want to use CQG for order routing? CTS or CQG, doesnt matter as long as I can submit orders through both Dorman and Interactive Brokers. On your exchange data feed page (in my control panel where I subscribe to data) it doesn't say anything about CTS or CQG routing. That is why I was enquiring about the all in cost in my first post. |

Are you currently using CQG through Dorman? As long as you have a live futures trading account you can take advantage of the lower CME exchange fee prices and the pricing you listed in the first post is correct. Yes I am currently using CQG and have a live trading account with Dorman and Interactive Brokers. As long as CQG routing works with Interactive Brokers as well then I can continue with your real time data (which I've added credit for).

OK, we will contact Dorman about this. CQG and Interactive Brokers are separate. You can use either one or both. If you want to use both you just install two copies of Sierra Chart.
