I am interested in the alternative connection to CTS Per documentation, I believe the following is required - Service Package 5 33.00 Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (100 Symbols) 35.00 Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (100 Symbols) 20.00 (additional connection) CTS Order Routing 10.00 Full CME Bundle 15.75 Total Monthly 113.75 (excluding Clearing,Exchange,Commission) A couple of questions: In Sierra's documentation for Lower Cost Model- "Support for multiple simultaneous connections to the trading server". Does this relate to the additonal 20.00 that is mentioned above? the additional instance of Sierra using the Sierra data feed (20.00)? Does this also mean that if I am running an instance of Sierra and I am logged into the live CTS account that the other instance of Sierra can also be logged into the live CTS account? (For example if a CTS desktop session is active (at home) and you go to a coffee shop with a laptop, can you log into the same CTS account? One last thing: When I establish a live account - if I choose Advantage Futures - Is there a specific turnaround time for you to support/integrate? I know that only Dorman and Wedbush are supported (I think I saw AMP as well in docs) Please advise Thnaks M |

Yes this is correct if you require 2 real-time connections and 100 symbols.Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (100 Symbols) 35.00 Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (100 Symbols) 20.00 (additional connection) CTS Order Routing 10.00 Full CME Bundle 15.75 Total Monthly 113.75 (excluding Clearing,Exchange,Commission) "Support for multiple simultaneous connections to the trading server".
Yes. You do not have to pay for the additional market data connection but you would not receive market data on the second instance.Does this relate to the additonal 20.00 that is mentioned above? the additional instance of Sierra using the Sierra data feed (20.00)? I know that only Dorman and Wedbush are supported (I think I saw AMP as well in docs) https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/CTS_T4.php#LowCostConnectionModel_Instructions AMP is now supported as well. Per the setup documentation - You must login to T4Login .com I'm sure this is for authentication, so broker can manage P/L, Margin available, Commission, Daily Statements etc.... I do not intend to use any CTS front end interface - So, 1) Does the CTS native platform need to be running on the computer concurrently with Sierra? I ask because I have to have visibility to Account details (Unless Sierra captures all of this under this arrangement) 2) With Sierra acting virtually independent of CTS (besides routing), in terms of responsibilities, is Sierra the trade desk should any trading related issues arise? or do I contact CTS? I'm just trying to clarify where the boundaries are in terms of who is responsible for what Thank You |

1. No. You will be able to see the account balance in Sierra Chart. But not the statements. 2. Any trading related issues must be taken to your broker or clearing firm. We will not have any ability to control those. CTS would not either. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I will have a live CTS account early next week and will configure the alternate model - Please correct me if I am wrong - Sierra will take payment for: Service Package 5 (33.00) Real Time Exchange Data Feed (35.00) 100 symbols CME Bundle (non-pro) (15.75) Order Routing Fee (10.00) So, the only charge being taken from the brokerage (Optimus) is the .10 per side routing For some reason I thought I read that Sierra does not take the Exchange Fee but I can't remember where in the docs I read it but after rereading the documentation, it appears that my service account must include this on a monthly basis - Just making sure my ducks are all lined up - Thanks, I'm really looking forwward to this M |

Please correct me if I am wrong -
Yes this is correct. There are per futures contract exchange fees, and those will be charged by the clearing firm with each trade.
