Forex symbol not updating in realTime

Using Gain Capital with futures symbols + one Forex Symbol (EUR/USD). This symbol shows as available on the symbol list for trading. All my futures symbols are updating in realtime. To get the Forex symbol to update I need to use the Manual command "Delete and update". This is first time I have used any Forex symbol. I believe I am using Level 3 SC. What can I do to get rt updating using Gain Capital feed? I am not trying to trade the Forex symbol, just want to display it. |

If you do not want to trade it, then instead just use the symbol EURUSD without the /. This will be the best and most reliable way.
