Please see attached. Coloring in DOM does not reflect current bid/ask or last price execution. |

This will be solved in a couple of weeks once we have direct market data integration to BitMEX.

Hello! Some times I have problem with frozen ask or bid, because of this, the average bid ask does not show correctly, and the color in the DOM too I pointed at the picture average bid ask(blue marker) and "frozen" ask below |

This will be solved once we change the BitMEX data connection to a direct connection using our own software. We will do this right now on one of the servers.

Do we need to perform any steps to pick up this change?

No there is nothing special to do but it only has been done now on one of the servers. Also any symbol that ends with -PLNX, will no longer update from the updated server. The new suffix is -BMEX for those symbols. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Yeah, the DOM is basically unreadable due to the number formatting convention. It fits traditional markets, but not bitcoin. Probably colored bars of varying length is the way to go. |

Another way to skin this cat would be to introduce configurable grouping into the market depth window. For instance, group into $5 levels, etc. I was kind of shocked to find SC didn't already have this functionality, although perhaps I am overlooking it.

Another way to skin this cat would be to introduce configurable grouping into the market depth window. We are going to add this capability. We hope within the next two months.
