Hello Support,


i have some questions about Sierra if you please:


> Do you have a youtube channel with explicit videos explaning the features of the software and/or videos inside the help .. ?



> Do you have exhaustive webinar that explains how to use all the stop options and the order panel ?



> How to add a stop after a new limit order without an initial stop ?


> Is it possible to visualise all the orders passed on a simulated account ?


> I did not see the Range bar option in the graph draw type ? Is this normal ?


> How it is possible to stop the message log that generates a notepad file coming out too often ! Did not find the option to close it.

If you just want to submit a stop, then just simply submit another stop order. This is all. Refer to:
Chart Trading and the Chart DOM


> Is it possible to visualise all the orders passed on a simulated account ?
Yes. There is the Trade Orders and Positions window and the Trade Activity Log. Both are accessed from the Trade menu.


> I did not see the Range bar option in the graph draw type ? Is this normal ?
This is done through Chart Settings:

There must be a reason why the Message Log is opening. Provide a copy so we can see it. Here are instructions:

Sir,

I would like to have other precisions:

> Is it possible to add the default commission of a the specific asset that is traded in order to visualise the real profit or loss on a triggered order ?
(On the horizontal line of the order directly on the chart obviously..)

> Is it possible to hide the former orders passed on the market in order to have a clearer overview of a chart ?
Not erasing them but hidding them choosing perhaps the number of days to hide them.


> Is it possible to have a sort of Pop Up coming out when an Imbalance occurs on a specific Footprint chart
Check the file attached (the imbalance of 93 contracts in red in the top left area)


> Is it possible to receive a sound, pop-up or even SMS when the price cross a specific moving average, VWAP or touch an area such the SD3-SD4 ?
