Using 1598 and CQG trading service, with SC real time data feed. Have a main SC instance for everything trading related and for the working chartbooks, would like to use a second instance for the market overview chartbook, in order to have a clear separation and to be able to display a market overview even when switching between chartbooks in the main instance. Everything works fine with all financial products by using a DTS connection to my main instance, except for FX data. It seems to me, SC doesn't get the FX data from the main instance, rather it tries to connect to your service feed: FXCM FIX Trading | Disconnected from the server. | 2017-08-23 11:41:16 FXCM FIX Trading | Data feed disconnected. I have already made sure the firewall is not the problem. The very first time this second instance connects to the data service it actually manages to connect and get the latest data, the chart is updated to the correct data, but after that, it can't get any real time data, there are no updates anymore, unless i manually disconnect and reconnect again. This works even without closing this second instance. |
