I DID THIS AND IT IS STILL DOESNT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. LOOK IN THIS LINK, THIS IS THE SAME PROBLEM. DO YOU HAVE PROBLEM IN THE CODE? Ports to open within our corporate environment "We would like to let you know, the source of the problem you had going through your proxy server when logging into Sierra Chart, finally has been discovered. There was a misunderstanding with the specification of the final destination port number in some older code. When we did a review during this support request, we did not catch on to this at the time.
