Regarding trading one symbol on multiple time frames (or tick charts): Question 1: Will Sierra Chart execute multiple buy signals on different time frames (or will consecutive buy signals on different time frames be ignored)? Question 2: Similarly, if I'm currently long on one time frame, but am signaled short on another time frame, will Sierra Chart 1) do nothing, 2) close the position, 3) reverse the position. Example 1: - Long on CL on 3200t - SC signals long on CL on 512t - Will SC take the trade or ignore the trade? - note: I would like SC to take both trades, and exit based on triggers specific to each chart Example 2: - Long on CL on 3200t - SC signals short on CL on 512t - Will SC do nothing, close the position, reverse the position - note: I would like SC to take the trade (and reverse position) My goal: I would like to trade multiple time frames (tick rates) for one specific symbol. I want SC to treat trades on different time frames (tick rates) as independent of each other. So, SC enters and exits based on the signals specific to each time frame (tick rate). How do I do this? thanks, Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-08-14 17:23:44
