I am new user in sierra. I havent been abel to get my CME data wotking. I resart the softwear but the data its not coming. i bought the CME data friday but still not working.

OK, do you know if your Stage 5 account is set up on CQG or Gain Capital?

it hasent been setup fully in stage 5, it pure sierra chart for the moment, and i have already pay my cme data, but its not coming into my charts

The reason you are not receiving the real-time data is because of what is explained here:

We will go ahead and allow the CME data for this month, but to access the data next month, you must follow through the instructions here and connect Sierra Chart to your trading account:

So next month, we cannot help you in regards to this, if you do not yet have your funded account set up with Stage 5.
