After two days of frustration I am formally requesting HELP from a Human being that will actually talk to me. I have bounced e mails back and forth and tried to follow the instructions but
have failed miserably .

I understand that your charts are inexpensive, and also am willing to pay your 65 cents per minute fee for for live phone help. HOW do I set this up for a time to speak with a representative by
phone for about 15 minutes so I can get these minor adjustments taken care of on my charts.

I apologize for the intrusion on you time, but your method of choice for answering my questions is not accomplishing the desired result, which is simply to get my system set up to fit my trading
style, and save those settings. It will most likely take about 15 minutes of tech time to make these adjustments for me.
