Pls advise the spreadsheet formula in the cell J27 that I can cancel the unfilled working order for the event that next new bar just formed

We are not sure about this. Would require detecting a change in the number of bars in the chart which could be done by referencing the cell J77. But not sure how to keep the prior value.
