I want to send you my chartbook so that you can load it up and look through it because I can't get the VxP to display on a ZS soybeans chart after todays WADSE report? Here is a screen shot.

I have checked to always display last profile within view. However, it does not display the last chart within view, as you can see on the screen image below.

How do I send my whole chartbook?

Here is the chartbook attached and in private. I attached the chartbook called
Send to SC for review.

Please let me know how to fix the chart so that the current profile is always in view when I scroll back on a chart. As you can see, it is not.

Also, when I try to log in to support from my Sierra charts it say no more login tokens available. Can you fix that?

The Input setting to always display the last profile within view, only applies to the last profile. In your screenshot you scrolled the chart back, and there probably is another profile after that one. When we looked at the Chartbook, clearly there is a large number of profiles after the one in question. So everything is working as it should.

The only thing we can recommend you do is to open a 1 minute chart and apply the same Volume by Price study configured as you require and look at the Volume Profiles on there.

We will see though if there is only a single Volume Profile displayed at a particular location in the chart, that we could potentially display that always within view.

Also, when I try to log in to support from my Sierra charts it say no more login tokens available. Can you fix that?
This is due to a connectivity problem to the Web server on your side. Try logging in again with Help >> Account Control Panel.

Then how come I get this error below if it is due to a connectivity problem?
No available login tokens. Requesting additional tokens. Try again. | 2017-08-16 08:52:35 *

Also, Note that I am getting the same issue on both computers running Sierra. All my Sierra charts and brokers software are running fine. I don't see any connectivity issue on my side. When I try to connect to the support board using .... Help > Support Board I get the error message above about tokens?

In the next release coming out today, there will be additional logging for us to understand the reason for this.
