When I open SPI-201709-SNFE-AUD-25 chart with 400 days of data, sierra charts re-downloads all the data as though it is a new request for the data. It does not use the previously stored SDIC file for the contacts.

We looked into this. You cannot reliably use the Sierra Chart Continuous Futures Contract feature with this particular symbol with Interactive Brokers. The Interactive Brokers historical data is substandard. We simply cannot help with this. Do not use that option. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Although we do want to say that we did make a small change to the rollover rules for this contract that possibly might help. But maybe not. Those rollover rules will be supported in the next release of Sierra Chart coming out in two or three more days. So we did make an effort to see what we can do. Although once we saw that our own historical data does not provide Intraday data for this symbol, we realized that this whole process is going to be unreliable and officially unsupported.
