On a Trade DOM window, I'm attempting to adjust the DOM scale by right-clicking, as your documentation illustrates here: The Chart DOM Scale: Auto Scale the Chart DOM There is no response to my right-clicks at all. Right-clicking anywhere else, e.g. on a chart or in the Buy and Sell columns in the Trade DOM, works normally. I can access the Scale Settings through Chart/Chart settings. I just can't access the additional options available through the right-click menu. This is in 1593 - I haven't tried it in earlier versions. Merlin |

Try restarting your computer. If you still have a problem, then we would expect this to be some kind of system issue. This is not something that we ever hear reported. And we cannot duplicate it. We suspect you are using multiple monitors? And you have more than two monitors?

Yes! 4 monitors. 2 in the middle, landscape mode stacked vertically. One to the left, landscape mode. One to the right, portrait mode. |

Good news! I shut my computer down completely, and actually removed the power cord for a minute just to be sure everything completely reset. Started up again, started Sierra, opened my chartbook, and right-clicking on the Trade DOM now works. :-) This is on Windows 10 with all the latest updates. I still think it's very odd that the problem only affected that one window, right-clicking still worked on all other windows and applications. But my problem is now solved. Thank you very much!
