I am using CTS T4 Fix and everytime I pull up a chart of CL I have gaps in my data specifically data 7-17 jumps from .46 cents to $47. I dont have these issues on any other contracts. I am using Sept Crude CL.20170900.CME_NY |

You need to fully re-download the data for all contract months following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading This appears to be due to having existing data with a different decimal point position from a different Data service. I did steps 1 through 7. that did not resolve the issue. Do you want me to move onto next session and see if that works? Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data By Deleting Files |

It most definitely should resolve the problem. At step 6 what button did you press?

I pressed No and then highlighted all contracts and pressed yes something else - I have an instance open and I am pulling the CL contract off that instance. So I have main up with ES and charts and then I opened an instance up and loaded those charts with CL. Not sure if that will impact anything. When I load NQ under this instance- no issues |
