Hi, I had created a scan alert to track certain symbols. After that point, Interactive data for new symbols cannot be downloaded. I know that IB has a limit of 100 symbols to monitor the data simultaneously, so I deleted the symbol list data file from the file folders, deleted all data as well. Still I cannot download any symbols. Could you please help? |
