Hi,

My screenshot program stopped taking the shots on the hotkey.

On the other hand some windows default hotkeys has begun to work again.
Alt+PrintScreen was set to take and autosave a screenshot by Screenpresso but now when I am on the Sierra window it only copies the image onto the clipboard (default Windows behaviour). Or I set Win+Q to increase sound volume (by AutHotkey program) but now the same keypress brings up Cortana Search if Sierra window is in focus!?

I am using 1590 on Win 10. I appreciate any comments on this.

Thank you

Not sure about this.

The only thing we can say is that Sierra Chart keyboard shortcuts are controlled through Global Settings >> Customize Keyboard Shortcuts.

For info W10 applied an update this morning. This affected the top left row of keys on my Logitech K330 keyboard - they were not picking up the custom commands.
Contacted Logitech, followed their suggestions without success.
By trial and error disconnected keyboard, re-booted with an older keyboard, re-loaded SetPoint and found all keys worked OK. On switching back to K330 all keys continue to work in correct manner.
No idea why this worked, but problem solved.

Hey Marmany, your problem description match mine. I was not sure about the Win10 Update part but now I think that could be the problem.
I'll follow your procedure.

Thanks Marmany!
