Sierra Chart - Max - Posts: 5778
Hello this Transact account cannot see any candles in the chart , he trade only Dax. He did all that Transact suggested, but no candles. Do you have an idea? It would be possible to do a connection with the client and see what is the problem?

The first step is to open a new chart through File >> Find Symbol and then if there still is a problem refer to this help topic:
