A broker or clearing firm has to be used to use CTS. So can it be just a broker or just a clearing firm, that supports CTS in order to use CTS. Are Wedbush and Dorman the only clearing firms that support CTS?

From User: Straits Financial list that it supports CTS T4, they are not on your list. Do they work with Sierra Charts and CTS T4.

Yes if they support CTS T4, then they will be supported by Sierra Chart. There may be an approval that will be required by them, but we would not expect that to be a problem.
